issued only with photograph of skipass holder made directly at cash point!
No additional exchange, prolongation or validation date of skipass is possible!
Skipass is non-transferable
No refundment is provided for lost or
left skipass!
No refundment or skipass prolongation is provided at bad weather, avalanche
danger, blocked downhill runs or earlier departure.
With the introduction of the new electronic cash and keycard system SKI DATA we
require a refundable deposit of 150,- Sk (4.98 €) for each card issued, it is
possible to return undamaged cards to us or any of our partners (INFO Donovaly,
Chata pod Magurou, Koliba GORAL, PATTY SKI, DAMI sport, Bistro Záhradište) for a
full refund of the deposit.
Keycard – ski pass – wear it on your left side, even better in a jacket pocket,
so it can be easily shown upon demand to our operating personnel. It is not
advised to have your chip card near a mobile phone as the coded ski pass type
can easily be erased and there is no right to the repeat free of charge
reloading of info.
1- and 3-hour ski passes are issued as a deposit (the skier can purchase the
pass in advance and use it on any day during the ski season) and is activated
when the skier passes a turnstile for the first time and not necessarily when
purchased.
Customers without valid ticket or with no ticket must pay-off acrued damage.
Forged tickets will be revoked and no refundment will be provided.
According to tarif clauses, under-the-counter rides are punished by addtional
ticket purchase and supplementary charge amounting to 2000,- Sk (66.39 €) or
fined by 10000,- Sk (331.94 €).
By buying a skipass the buyer is obliged to respect and keep valid tarif and
transfer conditions.
ATTENTION: When injured, submit
medical receipt for refundment!
No refundment is provided for used 2-hours, half-day and point tickets.
Only the seasonal, point and evening skipasses (from 14,00 + evening) are valid
for EVENING OPERATION!!! All the other ski passes (i.e. the multiple-day ones)
are valid for day operation only.
