Tarif clauses/Instruction:

4- and more day skipases will be from safety reasons issued only with photograph of skipass holder made directly at cash point!

No additional exchange, prolongation or validation date of skipass is possible!
Skipass is non-transferable

No refundment is provided for lost or left skipass!

No refundment or skipass prolongation is provided at bad weather, avalanche danger, blocked downhill runs or earlier departure.

In control zones keep your skipass noticeable and submit for control when asked by ski lift operators.

Customers without valid ticket or with no ticket must pay-off acrued damage. Forged tickets will be revoked and no refundment will be provided.

According to tarif clauses, under-the-counter rides are punished by addtional ticket purchase and supplementary charge amounting to 2 000 Sk or fined by 10 000 Sk.

For issuing of 10 days remain till the season and season tickets we require photo. Skipass with no photo or with false photo will be revoked with no refundment and blocked for the rest of the ski season.

By buying a skipass the buyer is obliged to respect and keep valid tarif and transfer conditions.

ATTENTION: When injured, submit medical receipt for refundment!

No refundment is provided for used 2-hours, half-day and point tickets.

FAMILY SKI PASS CAN BE ONLY BE BOUGHT BY A FAMILY: PARENTS + 1,2,3 CHILDREN UP TO 12 YEARS!

Only the seasonal, point and evening skipasses (day+evening) are valid for EVENING OPERATION!!! All the other ski passes (i.e. the multiple-day ones) are valid for day operation only.
